OIM 11.1.1.5.0 Access Policy and GTC trusted reconciliation
Access Policy for "ALL USERS" role doesn't trigger while you are creating users through GTC trusted reconciliation in OIM 11.1.1.5.0. But the same works while creating users by other methods (with out using GTC).
If you are creating users using GTC trusted reconciliation and wanted to assign an access policy, you have to create a custom role and group membership rule and assign that role to access policy (Instead of 'ALL USERS" role).
It seems to be a bug in this version of OIM 11g. From different source and discussion I have come to know that this will be fixed in release 2.
